Inspired by the flavours, scents and warmth of a classic Parisian neighbourhood restaurant, Chez Blue (pronounced shay-blew) is a casual neighbourhood bistrot, celebrating delicious French cuisine right in the beating heart of Rozelle.

If you're lucky, you love where you live - and we consider ourselves very lucky at Chez Blue. Our knowledge goes beyond plate and glass and spans across the local area; we know our neighbours and remember their orders.

Head Chef
We're elated to introduce our newly appointed head chef of Chez Blue, former Bistro Moncur head chef, Mark Williamson. ​​Mark is thrilled to be crossing the Anzac Bridge to share his favourite food and cooking style with inner wests locals.

For Williamson, being appointed head chef of Chez Blue in Rozelle is extra special. The bistro is located next door to where his mentor, friend and former executive chef, revered French chef and restaurateur Damian Pignolet, once had his own restaurant Bistro Deux.
