Chez Blue is a charming and relaxed neighbourhood French bistrot. You’ll find us on Darling Street, right in the heart of Rozelle.

 

Our Head chef, Mark Williamson (ex Bistro Moncur) leads his kitchen team with plenty of favourite French classics as well as a few riffs.  

 

If you're lucky, you love where you live - and we consider ourselves very lucky at Chez Blue. Our knowledge goes beyond plate and glass and spans across the local area; we know our neighbours and remember their orders.

For Williamson (pictured left), being appointed head chef of Chez Blue in Rozelle is extra special. The bistro is located next door to where his mentor, friend and former executive chef, revered French chef and restaurateur Damian Pignolet, once had his own restaurant Bistro Deux.
